It’s common in the design industry to expect customers to be tied in, either through a retainer or a very long contract where, if you don’t sign on a particular date, you have to wait another year before you can cancel. Why?
Getting to know our clients over the years, we’ve happened across situations where things haven’t gone well for them with their previous design partner. We get it, things can sometimes go wrong within any relationship, but will forcing someone to stay solve the problem? Probably not.
We actively encourage a two-way conversation with our clients. A level of honesty which will enable us to retain clients through continuous improvement in what we provide. We never shy away from feedback, no matter how uncomfortable, because that’s how we will stay ahead in our industry.
You’re welcome to use our design services on a project-by-project basis. Of course, if you wanted to secure some discounts through bulk buying some design hours, then we’re more than happy to discuss that with you.
